Arbutus Honey is harvested from the nectar secretions of the spring Arbutus (Arbutus Unedo) and is a product of very high nutritional value and is (like the comb honey) one of the best choices for stimulating the body. Arbutus honey starts to be harvested from April and is the first production of the year and is collected with “fury” by the bees.
